Project Coordinator

Job purpose:
The purpose of the role of Project Coordinator is to administer, document and follow-up progress on projects. The purpose is to maintain positive working relationships with clients (both internal and external) at all times.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Supporting the Sales Team in achieving the project targets.
- Producing relevant project documentation including method statements and sales quotes.
- Effectively coordinating a number of projects simultaneously.
- Managing an efficient documentation control procedure for all the projects (live and completed).
- Maintaining project logs, highlighting issues and risks.

Main Responsibilities:
- Act as main liaison to support the project coordination for the Sales Teams.
- Interact with Operations regarding content and delivery of projects.
- Prepare, monitor and maintain flowcharts outlining developments, deliverables and training.
- Identify interdependencies for all projects and facilitate communication among task groups.
- Collect data and prepare relevant invoicing.
- Identify issues and provide advice on project progression.
- Act as liaison with Sales Team and Operations collaborating with Workshop and Finance to ensure project success.
- Compose reports and proposals for all the projects.
- Prepare and submit relevant NOC documentation.
- Produce method statements and sales quotes as per project requirements.

Education:
- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:
- 5-6 years of experience in a similar sales and rental equipment role and/or similar industry.
- 1-2 years of GCC experience an advantage.
