GUGGENHEIM MUSEUM

Guggenheim Museum, a landmark project for TDIC in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi covers an area of 25,000m2. The site is located very close to Arabian Sea. ACTION International Services (Al Casey Dewatering) was responsible for studying the dewatering requirements, given the challenges involved, as construction required a dry platform of more than -5.50metres (NADD) to allow for the construction of structure. The comprehensive scope of work includes, ground water control works and piezometer monitoring, flow reading monitoring and reporting.

Coordination with relevant contractor with a view of considering their concerns and suggestions in the system design resulted in a solution that delivered the required dry platform in advance of the Main Contractors expectations.
