Shangri-La Resort

Shangri-La is TDIC’s landmark development within the Saadiyat Island, covering an area of 26,400 m2. ACTION was responsible for the dewatering requirements, given the challenges involved, as construction required a dry platform at more than 7.985 metres below ground level to allow for the underground structure. The comprehensive scope of work included ground water control works and piezometric monitoring & reporting.

ACTION co-ordinated with other on-site companies during the installation works and provided 24X7 maintenance and monitoring team for the smooth running of the system.
