ARMS monitors and manages our pumps and systems, from any PC or mobile device, reducing dependency on site-based supervision and manual monitoring. Readings are taken at predetermined intervals, providing comprehensive recording of system performance, for sharing amongst project Stakeholders.

 

On a project the system will monitor groundwater level measurements, flow rates, volume, pump activity, fuel levels, and even locate nearby service personnel in the critical event of malfunction or failure. ARMS will also send alerts based on fully customisable parameters, to notify nominated persons / group, by SMS / eMail if out with normal conditions.

 

Availability to data is almost real time. Having rapid access to information allows quick reaction to events in the field. Telemetry control allows interface with assets, such as pumps and systems, and permits remote operation of the same, depending on the circumstance. ARMS is also expandeable to include additional remote process providing a truly customisable monitoring suite.

 

• Switchgear - Pump Protection, including short circuit, voltage fluctuation, over current, under-current, earth leakage, etc.  alongside operation condition monitoring of amperage, voltage, and pump & system performance indicators, to gain insight and early detection of pump deterioration that can possibly lead to catastrophic failure, if left undetected.

• Piezometer - Active monitoring of variation in groundwater levels.

• Flow Meter - Active monitoring of instantaneous flow rates and cumulative volumes pumped, determination of the actual permeability and system performance, and deviation from normal operating parameter is an indication of a change in condition (increased flow, deterioration of pump performance, pump failure).
