Eastern Mangroves Island Development

The project is located along Salaam Street. The project comprised of world-class Hotel, residential community and marina opposite the Mangrove reserve. The scope of involved removal of 300,000 cu.m of standing water in a period of 21 days, following which ground water was to be maintained at -5.00 NADD over area of approximately 234,000 sq.m.

Pump tests were undertaken to obtain insitu ground strata information. Computer modeling was conducted to refine the design in terms of feasibility & economic viability. A turn key solution in terms of design, installation, operation and 24 hour maintenance was provided successfully. Multi stage well point & deep well ground water controls system were installed to maintain required water levels for the duration of works.
