Our Services
High Pressure Cleaning

Hydro-Jetting, also known as retro-jetting or hydro-milling, is an efficient method of cleaning industrial piping through the implementation of high pressure water nozzles and jets.

Newly installed process piping typically contains exuberant amounts of foreign debris. These residual deposits can potentially compromise system reliability and lead to premature system degradation and catastrophic failure during plant operation. In order to help preserve the long-term integrity of these process piping systems, hydro-milling can be used to remove all undesirable foreign contaminants and particulate matter.

Hydro-milling has been proven as an effective means of removing both large and fine debris from piping surfaces, including post-construction debris, byproducts that result during fabrication, and operation-derived deposits, which are comprised of welding slag, mill-scale, loose rust, and mineral sediment.

When compared to more traditional water flushes, hydro-jetting can match or exceed cleanliness specifications while reducing the time and costs associated with water, waste disposal, scheduling, and equipment requirements.

Heat Exchanger Bundle Cleaning
ACTION's high capacity Rigid-Lance Inside Bundle Cleaning (IBC) machine designed to handle a large quantity of Heat Exchanger Bundles during Turnaround.
The cabin is on top, giving the operator the best view of the tube sheet for maximum efficiency. The IBC cleans 5 Tubes, at one time, with an average speed of 500-750 Tubes per hour. It is very comfortable for the operator and maximum safety and very reliable and powerful machine for all types of Heat Exchangers.

The entire outer surface of Tube Bundle can be placed on two heavy-duty rollers, controlled from the cabin by the operator. The Bundles are cleaned by means of a horizontally driven nozzle bar, which moves vertically and towards the Bundle, to get the best cleaning results. The right combination of flow and water pressure (up to an optional 1,500 bar) removes Scaling, Coke, Polymers, etc. without the use of any additional cleaning materials.
The Outside Bundle Cleaner XL has a horizontal stroke of 11 meters, and the maximum height is 2.70 meters. The speed is adjustable from the cabin from 0-1 m/sec in order to get the best cleaning results.

Tank Testing/Monitoring

ACTION provides tank filling from the water source, booster pumping systems to increase the fill and discharge rates, on-site data collection of water depth, monitoring of air and water quality & temperatures, water filtration and treatment to reuse water, and disposal of water in line with authority standards.

ACTION's large variety of pumping systems, chemical injection systems, filtration systems and pipework, along with the focused engineering team dedicated to finding the optimal solution in line with client project schedules and budgets are ideally suited to carrying out tank testing works.

Hydro - Demolition
Hydro-demolition is a concrete removal technique which utilizes high-pressure water to remove deteriorated and sound concrete as well as asphalt and grout.
This process provides an excellent bonding surface for repair material and new coating applications. Hydro-demolition is not used as much for demolition as it is for surface restoration and protection projects.
It can be used for horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete removal and surface preparation on reinforced and non-reinforced structures.
It is effective in removing concrete from around embedded metal elements such as reinforcing steel, expansion joints, anchorages, conduits, shear connectors, and shear studs.
Hydro-demolition can be used for localized removals where deterioration is confined to small areas and for large area removals in preparation for a bonded overlay. This technology can also be used to remove existing coatings from concrete.

ACTION has a specialized fleet and vast experience in performing these services.
